How much does My Softly cost?
The subscription is $15.99 a month or $159.99 a year, as shown in the app's own subscription screen in the US on September 30, 2026. The yearly plan works out at about $13.33 a month. Prices can differ in other countries and are shown in your currency before you pay.
What do I get for free?

What does the subscription include?

- 50,000 characters of spoken replies a month.
- 5 credits when you first subscribe, then 2 more every week, added on Mondays.
What are credits for?
Extras that cost more to make than a text reply: one credit is one photo you ask your companion for, and credits also add more voice once the monthly allowance is used. Packs are 20 credits for $2.99, 50 for $6.99 and 100 for $12.99. You never need credits to keep talking.
Are there ads or in-chat purchases?
No. There are no ads anywhere in the app, and your companion never tries to sell you anything.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose My Softly. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it there first.
